Villa Vjeka nalazi se u lučkom mjestu Sumartin i nudi vam savršenu priliku da istražite poljoprivrednu zajednicu koja je ključni dio života na otoku Braču. To je autentični dio Hrvatske, sa prekrasnom plažom i morem, tradicionalnim hrvatskim restoranima i mirnom atmosferom koja je idealna za opuštajući luksuzni odmor. U vili se može smjestiti do 10 gostiju, 8 odraslih u 4 spavaće sobe i još 2 djece mogu spavati na kauču na razvlačenje u spavaćoj i dnevnoj sobi. U prizemlju se nalazi kuhinja / blagovaonica / dnevni boravak, odvojeni wc, jedna spavaća soba sa vlastitom kupaonicom i prekrasan vrt s mediteranskim raslinjem, te vrtna terasa s bazenom. Gornji kat ima 3 spavaće sobe, 2 kupaonice, 2 balkona i namještenu veliku terasu s prekrasnim pogledom na more.
Prizemlje i prvi kat povezani su vanjskim stepenicama. Ova tradicionalna dalmatinska kamena kuća opremljena je tradicionalnim drvenim namještajem s početka 20. stoljeća. Odaje domaći ugođaj, a istovremeno je moderan i pruža sve što vam je potrebno da vaš boravak u našoj vili bude onaj iz kojeg nikada nećete poželjeti otići. Moderne kupaonice i kuhinja znače da vam u ovoj vili neće nedostajati ništa, s vanjskim prostorom za kuhanje savršenim za one tople hrvatske noći s vašim najdražima. Susjedstvo se sastoji od simpatičnih kamenih kuća usred maslinika, voćnjaka i vinograda. Trud i zalaganje mještana ogleda se u svakom stablu i grmu. U ovoj vili možete uživati u bazenu koji dominira vanjskim dijelom vile ili posjetiti najbližu plažu koja je udaljena svega 200 m. Uz bazen i vanjsku terasu, gdje možete uživati u provođenju vremena, tu je i vrt izvan vile koji je izgrađen kako bi se djeca zabavljala s ljuljačkama i igralištima sa stolnim tenisom. Opuštenost, mir, svježi zrak i blizina centra grada (100m) čine ovu vilu rajskim domom daleko od doma. We stayed at Villa Vjeka in June. Angela was really helpful and the villa and pool were spotless. Just a 5 minute walk into Sumartin, back up the hill to the villa is a little steep but manageable. 5 min walk to the nearest beach. When they put the internal staircase in next it will be perfect. Definitely would stay here again, so peaceful and beautiful Debbie

The villa is in the Heart of Sumartin, within walking distance of the sea and local shops and restaurants. We stayed out of season but found the place to be beautiful and quiet. The sea was gorgeous. The villa featured 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each featuring their own balcony with one in particular being very spacious and over looking the whole plot. The first floor also features a toilet/bathroom and can be externally locked. Whilst unfamiliar to our group, the stairs for the property were external which some might find odd-but was no issue at all. The ground floor featured a large en suit bedroom along with seperate toilet, Lounge area and Kitchen. Beyond the Kitchen was a BBQ area tucked under a first floor balcony which served us very well during the evenings. The swimming pool is to the rear and is surrounded by gate/small fencing. Overall it was perfect for our needs having space to move and sunbath with loungers provided. Tv and internet provided on site and worked fine. There was also a trampoline on site and further into the garden grounds were childrens swings and play items. The villa also featured off road parking for at least two cars which included gates. This was ideal as the roads leading to the villa were narrow and quite steep. All in all a really good stay for 5 mates having a short break abroad

Lovely large house with nice pool. The location was great. sumartin is a nice little town that is not for the tourist. Staff very hospitable and helpful.

The accommodation is great. There is just a room with two single bed but it s possible to stick them side by side. the pool is not heated but the sun is enough. We successfully park 4 cars inside.
