Holiday home Pupa is located in a picturesque bay called Puntinak, just 2,4 km away from Sumartin. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, it has a beautiful sea view overlooking the Island of Hvar, and it is 125 meters away by walk from the sea.
The house has been completely renovated in 2014, and it can accommodate 6 people comfortably. It consists of two apartments.
The first apartment is located on the ground floor and it comprises of a bedroom with twin beds (beds size 90 x 190 cm each), a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. From the apartment you can go out to two garden terraces, both with outdoor seating area. On the west-side terrace is an outdoor fireplace with a barbecue. The ground and the first floors are connected with an outdoor stairs.
The second apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub, and a 60 sq meter kitchen / dining / living area. One is a twin bedroom, with beds size 85 x 190 cm each, and the other bedroom is with a bed 140 x 200 cm. The apartment has exits to three separated terraces, with a view to the bay, the sea, and the garden surrounding the house, which makes a natural curtain for your privacy. One of the terraces is accessible through kitchen, and it has been equipped with a stone table suitable for al fresco dining. Other two terraces are equipped with seating furniture and sun chairs, perfect for you to relax.
At guests disposal are two outdoor showers located on garden area. Furthermore, in addition to two indoor bathrooms, the house has an outdoor separate WC with a laundry area.
A private parking area is at guests disposal.
The house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants which offer beautiful natural shade and intimacy. Guests can enjoy swimming and promenade walking and for those looking for entertainment, the town of Bol with numerous activities is just 20 kilometres away from Sumartin.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
