The ground floor of Villa Elaphita comes with a charming living area that merges with the dining room creating an open concept area. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped kitchen. An internal staircase leads to the villa’s first floor where there are 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms of which the two smaller bedrooms have one single and one pull-out bed, and their bathrooms are fitted with showers. The third bedroom is a master bedroom and has a twin-beds and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a combination of bath and shower.
In the attic, there are two more master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms equipped with showers.
At the outside of this luxury retreat, you will find a large swimming pool ideal for sunbathing while enjoying panoramic views over the valley and the sea. Imagine your family having an al fresco dinner prepared on the BBQ, while you are enjoying a glass of wine under the stars. 7000 m2 of olive grove around this luxury villa will give you a true Mediterranean feeling.
