Luxury Orvas Villa 93 offers pure luxury, infinity pool, jacuzzis with waterfall, saunas and a gym. This luxury villa is located in Orebic situated just several meters from the sea.
Luxury Orvas Villa 93 is spread over a plot of 12,400 m2 with a living area of 1500 m2 and consits of a basement, ground floor, first, second and the third floor which are connected by an elevator and internal stairs.
The luxury Orvas Villa 93 has 8 suites, two saunas, an outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, and a gym. The eight suites have ten bedrooms, ten bathrooms, one kitchen, a toilet, and five living spaces. In addition, on the ground floor, there are three more living spaces, at least with a diverse offer of the highest quality Croatian wines and cocktails, as well as a toilet. On the ground floor, we can also find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. It is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 20 people.

Touring the courtyard of the Villa, you will find a beautiful sitting area and covered areas for dining and socializing. Despite this, the center of attention will surely bring you an enchanting view of the blue-blue Adriatic. If we go down the stone stairs, we will reach the jacuzzi with a waterfall and the pool surrounded by deck chairs. A few steps lower and we come to a wrought iron fence with gold details that connects the property with a beautiful pebble beach.
