Villa has been renovated in 2015 and now glows as in old times and its chambers can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The first sight on the exterior of the villa will leave you speechless. This stunning villa proudly stands in the middle of a typical Mediterranean garden, an oasis of peace and relaxation. In the spacious villa`s garden, there is another monument, a charming chapel of St Anthony built by a noble family that once upon a time owns a villa. Century-old trees are hiding you from the curious eyes while you are sunbathing and swimming in the private heated swimming pool with hydro massage. For a total hedonism, there is an outdoor lounge area, dining area, and grill at your disposal.
The interior of the villa is a perfect combination of traditional and modern. The classy furnished ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining, and sitting area, traditional dining room – tavern, and a toilet. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and furnished with all the appliances that are necessary for a comfortable stay. Also, on the ground floor, there is a separate entrance which leads to the laundry room and one more toilet.
The inner stairs lead to the first floor where are located tastefully designed 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other one with a shower. Three rooms have balconies with a stunning panoramic view of the Konavle countryside. Furthermore, this gorgeous villa has central air conditioning and heating throughout the house, Smart TV, and a Wi-Fi Internet connection. Villa also provides outdoor parking space for 2 cars.
The closest town Cavtat is approximately 5 km from the villa and it has an excellent offer of restaurants, bars, shops, and beautiful beaches. Also, you will have a great opportunity to explore one of the most beautiful towns in Croatia, the pearl of Adriatic - Dubrovnik which is about 22 km from the villa.
