Why Holiday in Dubrovnik?
Dubrovnik is fast becoming one of the most popular destinations in Europe, and especially in Croatia, with luxury villas in Dubrovnik becoming the most sought after way to enjoy your holiday and enjoy what the city has to offer.
The city has a mix of the ancient and modern which have been beautifully crafted together to form a must-visit location on any tourist’s bucket list. The old City of Dubrovnik is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has become protected to preserve the architectural features from different points in the cities history. Holidaymakers are sure to find something in Dubrovnik to suit every interest with its wealth of attractions, monuments and stunning views.
Dubrovnik City Walls are often an attraction atop of a visitors todo list. The pedestrian-only walls have surrounded the Old City since their completion in the 16th Century. The walls in full length make up a 2km long walk, however, if you don’t wish to walk that far you can descend from the walls around halfway.
There are a wealth of areas to explore both inside and beyond the city walls. Take a look at our things to do in Dubrovnik checklist to plan your trip.

Villa Trsteno comes with large family areas both inside the villa and in the Mediterranean grounds by the large private pool. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony with views out on to the Adriatic.
Villa Trsteno is an excellent choice to offer a luxury villa in Dubrovnik while being far enough from the often hectic nature of the city in the highest points of the season.
