Villa on the island of Hvar - Villa Camellia
This charming villa is located directly on the sea, with a private beach in the bay Uljeni Bok. The bay is located in the west part of the town of Hvar, on the island of Hvar, and is 4,4 km away from the center of the town. The villa is located in the area which is a private national park, inhabited by mouflon, stags, hinds, and other animals.
The villa has a separate automatic door so you can enter the park to get to the villa property, and the villa is one of only six houses located in the bay. The villa provides maximum privacy, since uninvited visitors can’t enter the national park area. It’s one of the biggest advantages of the property - the beach in front of the villa feels almost private!
To get to the town center from the villa, one can choose between using a vehicle, which takes about 15 minutes, or by boat, approximately 0,5 miles. It’s also possible to organize a direct transfer by a speed boat from the Split airport to the villa berth.
The villa has been built using local white stone from Islands of Brač and Hvar, as a traditional and high quality building materials. With the total of 13 sleeps in 6 bedrooms, this villa is a perfect choice for larger families, or groups of friends, searching for an accommodation in the calm and relaxing environment.
The villa facilities are as follows:
Sea level – a beautiful private waterfront built of white stone, measuring 8m x 8m with two bollards for ships. It is possible to anchor ships up to 25 m. On the side there are stairs to enter the sea for swimming. To the right is a little shallow shoreline for children. Along the waterfront is a small two-bed apartment No.1 (room 4m x 2m) and bathroom (2m x 2m) with shower and toilet. The apartment can be used for sleeping or as a magazine for things from the beach.
Above the mentioned apartment, on the level one (I), is a terrace with benches with cushions and a low table. On the side are two wine refrigerators and a sink with running water. All equipped with lights to illuminate the level one and the waterfront.
On the second level (II) is a stone table with 10 chairs which is used for alfresco dining. On the left side, about 15 meters away, there is a room with a toilet, bidet and a washing machine.
The third level (III) comprises of two apartments with double bed, wardrobes, and commodes. Each apartment has its own bathroom with toilet, sink, and a shower. On the same level is a fully equipped kitchen, and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, cabinet washer and large fridge. In front of the full length of the house is a covered terrace with outdoor bed for relaxation.
On the fourth level (IV) is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m, of which 3 meters in width is covered) with external chairs and seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor fireplace for roasting meat or fish. Inner space: one living room, 3 double bedrooms (one master bed), 2 bathrooms with toilet, plus a separate toilet with sink.
Fifth level (V) – low loft double bed apartment with bathroom – used for auxiliary staff.
