Villa is fully air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in 9 bedrooms, spreading on a property of 450m2, of which the residential area takes 540m2 and 310m2 is a private terrace. It consists of four independent Suites on four floors connected by an internal staircase - ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor, all connected into the one villa.
The first suite is the largest one and spreads over the ground and the first floor. It consists of an open plan space large kitchen, dining, and living area, fully equipped and furnished with all the necessary appliances. There is one double bedroom and two stylish bathrooms. Three more bedrooms are on the first floor, one of which has a balcony. Also there are 2 equipped bathrooms with two washing machines and a guest toilet.
The second-floor suite has 42m2 of indoor and 30m2 of outdoor space – terrace with outdoor seating and a wooden table for 4 people, a kitchen and a dining room with sea views, one bedroom and a bathroom with a washing machine and enough space for storage. On the same floor, there is a third suite, 53m2 of interior space and a terrace of 30m2 with sea view, seating area and a table for 4 people. The terrace is accessed from the kitchen connected to the dining room. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a washing machine.
The penthouse apartment is situated on the top floor of the villa and the view from this suite is just breathtaking. This suite has 75m2 and a terrace of 20m2 with a table for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with access to the terrace. There are two charming double bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine as well.
The first sight on the exterior of the villa Damina will leave you speechless with the rays of the sun reflected on the facade made of Brac stone. In front of the villa, there is a large seafront terrace that stretches into the sea. Also, there is a sun lounge area, dining area, and fireplace with grill at your disposal, so you can enjoy delicious dalmatian cuisine. But that’s not all, in front of the villa there is private mooring for up to two yachts.
