The ground floor of Luxury Orvas Villa 243 consists of 3 double bedded rooms with en-suite shower bathrooms. Apart from that, there is an extra steam shower room suitable for disabled people. The main part of the ground floor is an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a dining table for eight persons, and comfortable living area with pull out couch as additional bed for 2 persons.
From this open plane area through the glass sliding wall, you can reach the outside terrace where there is a large private swimming pool (12x6m) surrounded by 6 sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with barbeque and summer kitchen. To ensure that even the youngest can play with fun, there is a children's playground with a slide, swing, children’s seesaw, and a trampoline.
