From the main and entrance door, you will immediately access to the lounge area and open space living room with a sofa, FLAT screen TV, a billiard table. Furthermore, there is a kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances and a dining table for 9 people, and access to a terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views.
An internal spiral staircase will lead you to the upper floor and two bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms. All bathrooms are with a double sink and a walk-in shower. Towels, bathrobes, and toiletries are also provided. One bedroom comes with a double bed and the other one is a triple room with a double bed and a single bed.
The other two bedrooms are placed on the ground floor and can be reached by the same staircase. Both bedrooms are with double bed, have a safe, and come with an en-suite bathroom with a shower unit. These two rooms have access to the terrace with an infinity pool (24sqm) and outdoor shower. The outside area offers the guests a fully equipped summer kitchen as well as a dining outdoor terrace equipped with garden furniture.
