Villa with the pool in the Split

Villa Ivana is located at the entrance of the town of Split, in a quiet neighborhood full of shrubs and trees providing tranquility, yet it is close to shops and cafes. A big shopping center, Mall of Split, is only 5 minutes’ walk, while the surrounding villages, Solin and Kaštela are located nearby. This lovely villa can accommodate up to 8+1 persons, and it comprises of a sitting room, kitchen / dining area, 5 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, a laundry room, an exercise area, an entertainment area, and indoor and outdoor children's playground. The ground floor consists of kitchen, living area, 2 king size bedded rooms, 1 single bedded room, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath tub).
The first floor consists of an entertainment area, living room, gym, 1 king size bedded rooms, 1 single bedded room, bathroom with a shower.
The ground floor living room has been equipped with an A/C unit, cable TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi. Furthermore, all bedrooms have been equipped with an A/C unit as well. The villa is fully air conditioned, with 6 A/C units in total. The outdoor area consists of a large garden with seasonal fruit and vegetables (at guests' disposal), a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a toilet, a lounging area and a dining area with a stone fireplace. A pool (billiards) table is located in the basement. The town center is four kilometers away, while the beautiful Žnjan Beach is five minutes away by car.

The villa is very well located, close to a bus stop, shopping center, it was very convenient. We enjoyed enjoying the pool with a proper temperature. From the garden furniture also. For a group of 10 people, we were not oppressed in the villa, there was enough storage for everyone. No waiting for the bathroom, there were 3. Everyone could have his privacy."

The information about the accommodation is fully in line with expectations. We were 6 people and had enough space. The location, near the Mall of Split was great. Also a bus stop was nearby and you could use different bus lines to get to the center. The landlords were very helpful in getting help with taxi organization for the return flight. Also, they arrived very early in the morning to clean the pool and garden daily. Did not hear it but seen because all the daily looked top. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Highly recommended! We were a group of 10 guys. We had an awesome time. The location is excellent and the villa has everything you need. It even has a built-in outdoor BBQ! The basement is well-equipped with a pool table and two high quality speakers. It is the perfect room to cool down during hot summer days. On behalf of the whole group I would like to thank Ivana and her family for the great assistance.

We stayed in the villa with ten boys and we had a great time! Everything was just as shown on the pictures and it was only a ten minute drive to the center (around 100 kuna with taxi). A 5 minute walk takes you to the mall of Split where you find everything you want (food, drinks, clothes,...). We would recommend this villa to everyone!

Clean, spacious and well equipped property. Lots of outdoor space with fantastic bbq and covered dining area. Pool is decent and well maintained. Neighbouring properties aren’t too close and you aren’t overlooked at all. Convenient location for reaching anywhere in Split. We were very happy with our choice.
