An old Istrian beauty dating back to 1855 is located in the beautiful green landscape of Istria. In the newly renovated space, a touch of the past comes from every corner. Villa Lina, which once served landowners, today provides accommodation for ten guests in its rooms.
The accommodation is spread over three floors, the ground floor and two floors, with 300 square meters of space. On the ground floor of the house, there is one bedroom, a bathroom and a social area equipped with furniture for relaxation and billiards. On the villa's first floor, additional comfort is provided by a living room with a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms with two bathrooms.
In the main house, in total four bedrooms, 8 people can sleep comfortably, while the additional two beds are in one bedroom and living room.
If that suits you, there is a room with an attached open-style bathroom separate from the main house, and it can host these additional two people.
Two terraces on the first and second floors offer a breathtaking view of the green landscape and untouched nature of the 20,000-square-meter property.
The 40 m2 swimming pool located in this green oasis provides summer refreshments.
