Orvas Villa 269 with a heated pool, a modern luxurious, and a newly built villa for your dream vacation near the sea, is located in Petrčane, a well-known tourist destination of Zadar Riviera. The villa spreads over 650 sqm area and offers a living space of 350 sqm over three floors for up to 8 persons, and has all the necessary amenities you would want for a relaxing holiday A private hydromassage heated 26 sqm pool, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower, is the focal point of the completely fenced outdoor area. Next to the pool, there’s a spacious terrace with a dining area and pergola system as well as BBQ. Entering the modernly designed open-plan interior space, from the terrace through sliding glass doors, a beautiful living area with a fireplace and a special installation of a massive root of the acacia tree as wall decoration will enchant you at once. In front of it, there’s a large dining table. Furthermore, there’s a kitchen island and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet, an internal staircase, and the main villa entrance. A children’s playroom and a laundry room are settled on the villa’s first floor. Two double bedrooms with shared bathroom with shower and bathtub, and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, also with bathtub and shower, and balcony access, found its place on this floor.
