Luxury and modernly designed Orvas Villa 99 with a heated private swimming pool is located in Kaštel Kambelovac only a few steps from the sea. Spreading over 400 square meters of a residential area, divided on two floors (ground and first floor), it is an ideal accommodation for 8 person’s total in its 4 bedrooms from which 3 of them have 3 en suite bathrooms and one bedroom has a private bathroom.
The garden of this luxury villa is ideal for socializing by the private infinity pool with sun loungers, a sitting set, and a beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea. An outdoor grill and a modern design sofa are placed next to the pool, as well as an outdoor shower.
Entering the ground floor, a spacious living room with a view of the outside terrace and a pool greets you. Combined with the dining room and fully equipped kitchen with the island creates an open plan concept. Next to the main entrance of the villa, a king-sized bedroom with a luxurious private bathroom with a shower and guest’s toilet is placed.
