The island of Solta is an inevitable destination whose specialty lies in the tradition of olive growing, agriculture, fishing, delicious delicacies, rich culture, and numerous "wild" and untouched bays. There are eight settlements on the island of Solta. Necujam is a small place on the island of Solta that will enchant you with beautiful beaches, a clear and turquoise sea, and long promenades. It is located on the north side of the island and is separated from Split by only nine nautical miles of the Adriatic Sea. Do not miss the opportunity to visit the obligatory attractive tourist destinations such as Stomorska (5.1km), Rogač (5.7), Maslinica (11.9km), or Split, only 45 minutes drive away.
Luxury Villa Mauri is spread over 260 m2 of living space and is located on a total area of 500 m2. The villa consists of a basement, ground floor, and first floor, which are connected by internal stairs.
The luxurious Villa Mauri has a spacious courtyard with a private pool (29 m2), sun loungers and an outdoor covered dining table and seating area, as well as a Dalmatian fireplace. A gym is also available.
Luxury Villa Mauri offers a fully equipped kitchen with an island, living room, three bedrooms, two of which have bathrooms with showers, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The villa also has a gym and toilet suitable for 6+2 people.
Arriving in the yard of the Luxury Villa Mauri, where, among other things, private parking is provided, there is a private pool (29 m2) which is surrounded by deck chairs and seating with a view of the crystal clear sea. Next to the pool, on the outside, there is a dining table with a Dalmatian barbecue to enjoy the prepared delicacies.
Entering the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room that exudes warmth and a pleasant ambiance to spend quality time with loved ones. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and an LCD TV to relax with your favorite amenities. In addition to the living room, there is a kitchen with an island and 4 high chairs, and a dining area. This part of the Villa can be entered directly from the courtyard thanks to the sliding walls.
The basement of the Luxury Villa Mauri is occupied by an equipped gym so that guests can continue their recreational activities, as well as a toilet and a room that contains a table and chairs for pleasant conversations or relaxation.
Internal stairs lead to the first floor of the Luxury Villa Mauri, where there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The third bedroom has two queen-sized beds which can serve as single or additional beds for two people, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The luxurious rooms of Villa Mauri are fully air-conditioned, offer free WI-FI and LCD-TV. Each bedroom has an LCD TV. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, and toaster. Villa also has an iron and ironing board and a washing machine. A cot and a feeder are available for guests coming with children. Free parking for vehicles is provided within Villa Mauri.
Distance from the sea is 30 m, and from the center of Necujam (500 m), Maslinica (11.9 km), Stomorska (5.1 km), Rogac (5.7 km).
