Located in the heart of Brela, 90 meters from Jakirusa Beach, with a private pool, sauna, gym, and jacuzzi, Orvas Villa 104 offers a stunning view over the Adriatic coast. Brela is a small tourist place on the Makarska Riviera that offers a wealth of crystal-clear sea, 6 km of natural pebble beaches, and the smell and beauty of a dense pine forest.
Spreading on a property of 1000 m2 and the villa itself has 850 m2 of a residential area which extends over 4 floors: ground floor and three floors above with two exterior parking spaces. All the floors are connected with an elevator. Orvas Villa 104 has 9 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, 2 toilets and is suitable for luxury accommodation of 18 persons.
The ground floor of Orvas Villa 104 is an open space concept consisting of a living room with a sofa, a dining area with a spacious dining table for 18 persons, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerated wine wall. A toilet and a playroom with table tennis and a PlayStation console are placed on the ground floor as well.
The cascading courtyard with chairs and a coffee table is accessible from the dining/living area through large sliding walls.
The first floor can be reached with an internal staircase or an elevator, which greets you with five air-conditioned queen size bedded rooms and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Some of the rooms have access to the balcony and one of the rooms has a sofa bed for 2 persons. The second floor has a wellness area with a gym, sauna, and an outdoor jacuzzi. Additional toilet and a bathroom with shower are placed on this floor.
On the top floor, there are four queen size bedded rooms. Each of the rooms is fully air-conditioned and has an en suite bathroom with a shower.

A beautiful infinity pool located on the second part of the cascading courtyard, with deck chairs and umbrellas is one of the villa focal points. There's also a fenced green meadow oasis ideal for families with children where they can spend their daytime playing.

A few steps down the stairs, through a pine forest the beautiful pebble beach waits for you.
