Orvas Villa 117 is a luxurious modern villa located just 1 meter from the sea in Slatine on the island of Čiovo. Situated 7 km from the historic town of Trogir, it offers an ideal mix of tranquility and proximity to cultural landmarks. Slatine is a charming fishing and tourist town on Čiovo's northeastern side, surrounded by hidden coves, pebble beaches, and pine forests that provide a serene atmosphere. The island is connected to Trogir by a bridge, allowing easy access to the UNESCO-protected city with its rich cultural heritage, including historic churches, towers, and palaces. Visitors can enjoy Trogir’s vibrant waterfront, Dalmatian cuisine in traditional restaurants, and its lively café scene. Orvas Villa 117 spans 400 m² of property, with 270 m² of living space across two floors. The exterior is designed for relaxation, featuring a spacious heated pool (39 m²), a jacuzzi, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a summer kitchen equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and electric grill. An outdoor dining table for 8 completes the alfresco experience. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for 8, and a comfortable living room with sofas, LCD TV, and a fireplace. Glass walls provide stunning views and access to the yard. This floor also features an additional room with a kitchenette, seating area, and access to the terrace, enhancing guest convenience. The upper floor houses four bedrooms, each with double beds and LCD TVs. Two rooms have private bathrooms with showers, while the other two share a bathroom.
