Built in 1912 and renovated in 2014, Orvas Villa 118 spans 360 m² of property, with 240 m² of living space across three levels. It accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The villa is surrounded by a private courtyard enclosed by stone walls and Mediterranean greenery, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The garden features a 14 m² pool, sun loungers, and an alfresco dining area complete with a traditional fireplace and electric grill, ideal for enjoying local specialties.
The ground floor welcomes guests with a central anteroom, known as Saloca, leading to the living room on the left, decorated in a romantic style with classic furnishings and a cozy ambiance. This floor also includes a designer bathroom with in-floor heating, a pantry, and a laundry room.
