Luxury villa Orvas 12 consists of the ground floor, first floor with a mezzanine, and second floor.
On the outside plateau, there is table tennis and darts for your entertainment. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, open space living area, and an elegant outdoor area with outdoor furniture. The living area is equipped with satellite TV and DVD, and large glass sliding doors are connected to the heated swimming pool with deck chairs.
On the first floor, there are two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a sea view. On the same floor, there is also a cinema room. One double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace can be found on the mezzanine. As an addition, a storage room and laundry are also on this floor.
