Orvas Villa 123 sits on a 2,691 m² plot with 250 m² of living space spread over two floors. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, with additional space for two more, making it ideal for larger groups or families. The beautifully landscaped garden features a private pool surrounded by modern sun loungers, a shaded seating area, and a dining table next to the outdoor barbecue. A special highlight is the badminton court, perfect for active guests.
Entering through large glass doors, the ground floor opens to a bright, air-conditioned space with a fully equipped kitchen, bar, and dining area. The living room is stylishly furnished with vibrant colors and features a cozy fireplace. Natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This level also includes a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a shared guest toilet.
