Luxury Orvas Villa 174, a beautiful villa with a large estate and a heated pool, is located in the south of Istria in the small village of Jurišići. Only 8 km away from the center of Vodnjan, 18 km from the city of Pula, and 15 km from the sea.
This luxury villa consists of two floors, the ground floor, and the first floor, connected by internal stairs. The outside area offers you a heated pool of 50m2, an outdoor Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a covered gazebo with a barbecue and seating area. The property also has a playground for children, a multifunctional sports field for tennis, football, a basketball, and a mini golf course.
The ground floor of Orvas Villa 174 can be entered from the terrace, where there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a table for 14 persons, living area, and an entertainment room with billiards, and a table football. With access to the villa's garden, one of the king-size bedded rooms and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and two sinks are placed on this floor.
The rest of the bedrooms are placed on the first floor which can be reached by a glass staircase. The first bedroom has king size bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
