Villa Orebic town, near beach!
Located at the entrance of the port town of Orebic only 500m from the town center, Orvas Villa 183 spreads on the large estate of over 12 000 square meters of Mediterranean vegetation. The villa consists of the central part, left-wing and right-wing and with eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms is a suitable accommodation for 16 persons.
From the main building of Orvas Villa 183, the paths lead to the elevated section of the property where you will find a large swimming pool, a summer kitchen, barbecue, and a dining area with a dining table. The pool is surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing and relaxing in a beautiful ambiance. Also, several paths lead from the house towards 3 gazebos, fully equipped with chairs for relaxing, and towards the pebble beach.
The central part of Orvas Villa 183 consists of a fully equipped kitchen, two guest toilets, a comfortable dining area with a table for 16 people, a large living room with a fireplace, as well as three terraces, which are furnished with outdoor seating overlooking the sea.
The villa’s right-wing has 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms with private bathrooms and terraces equipped with sitting furniture. The first room of the right-wing is a spacious master bedroom, which has a private bathroom with a shower, and an additional separate bathroom with a designer bathtub. Additionally, this room has a desk with a computer, Internet connection, and SAT TV as well as two terraces overlooking the sea, which are fully equipped with chairs for relaxing.
Coming to the left-wing of the Orvas Villa 183 there are 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms with a bathroom with a shower. In this section, there are also 2 additional double rooms with air conditioning which could be united into the family room. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower. The villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with internet access, and has a private parking area.
