The beautiful Orvas Villa 191, which is only 250m away from the sea, is an ideal place for relaxation. The two pearls under the protection of UNESCO, the town of Trogir is 11km away, while the town of Split is 15km away.
Luxury Orvas Villa 191 is spread over two floors connected by internal stairs, a total of 202m2 luxurious interior. With 5 rooms and 5 bathrooms and the villa is the ideal accommodation for 10 people.
The villa's outdoor area welcomes you with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery and flowers. Around the pool, there are deck chairs and an outdoor shower as well as an outdoor dining table and BBQ area, perfect for the summer atmosphere. Behind the villa is a children's corner with a slide and a playhouse. Entering the villa ground floor, you come to the spacious living area with a large table for 10 people and a fully equipped kitchen with the latest appliances. On the same floor, there is one of the five bedrooms with a walk-in closet, SAT-TV, and separate bathroom.
The remaining four bedrooms are settled on the first floor of this luxury villa. Three bedrooms have double beds and one of the rooms has 2 single beds. All 4 rooms have en suite bathrooms. Orvas Villa 191 is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property as well as parking at guests’ disposal. In front of this villa, there is an identical 5-room Orvas Villa 190 with a swimming pool and together with this villa are suitable for larger groups of up to 20 people.
