This modern, luxury beachfront villa is beautifully designed and a perfect choice for your relaxing vacation this summer. Villa is set in 445 square meters, on the beachfront (just 2 m from the Adriatic Sea!), with an outdoor swimming pool, a barbecue and stunning sea views. Villa can accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 en-suite bedrooms.
The property has been renovated in 2019 to high standards and is elegantly furnished. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the spacious sunbathing area, there is plenty of room for the whole family or group of friends to enjoy. The property consists of the souterrain, ground floor with a mezzanine, and the first floor.
In the villa souterrain, there are facilities such as the laundry room, kitchenette, wine cellar, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The mentioned bedroom offers excellent privacy and fantastic comfort.
On the mezzanine floor, there are two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Two separate single beds are in another en-suite bedroom and a charming terrace. On this level, there is also a roomy living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. A garage is also on the same level.
