Beautiful and modernly designed Orvas Villa 223 overlooking nearby Elaphite Islands provides everything you need for complete relaxation and enjoyment along the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
The Villa comes with a property of 500m2, located in Orasac near Dubrovnik, only 1km from the sea and the beach. With a living space of 300m2 divided on three floors connected by internal stairs, this luxury villa comes with a spacious courtyard and 24m2 private heated swimming pool, sun loungers, a dining table, a barbeque, a parasol, and an outdoor shower. The inside area offers a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area, a living room, and 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Four bathrooms are equipped with a shower and one with a bath and shower. This Villa also has a gym and is suitable accommodation for 10 people.
