Orvas Villa 27 is located in Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo near the town of Trogir, close to the sea, beautiful pebble beaches, and the promenade where there are numerous contents such as long beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, and amenities for children. The nearest airport is only 15min of a drive. This luxury villa is just 2 km away from the center of the ancient town of Trogir, (under the protection of the UNESCO organization).
Consisting of four different floors: basement, ground floor, first floor, and second floor, Orvas Villa 27 can accommodate up to 14 persons in 7 modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The villa’s basement floor offers equipped sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a gym, and a jacuzzi for pure relaxation.
The ground floor’s special part is a stone terrace with an outdoor dining table for 14 people, an outdoor fireplace, comfortable deck chairs, an outdoor swimming pool with a shower.
Furthermore, the ground floor compromises a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a dining table for 14 persons, and comfortable living room. Guest toilet and one double bedded room with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub are settled on this floor as well.
Six more double bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms are placed on the first and the second floor (three rooms per floor) which are designed as resting and sleeping areas. Luxury Orvas Villa 27 is fully air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. Also has three outdoor parking spaces for its guests and three parking places in the garage.
