The newly built beachfront luxury Orvas Villa 273 located 3km from the center of Prizba spreads on a property of 1000sqm with 500sqm rental spaces. Consisting of three floors connected by internal stairs: the ground floor, first and second floor, and an annex which consists of a gym with a shower, this luxury villa is suitable for luxury accommodation for 12 persons. A spacious outside terrace with a beautiful infinity pool (50 sqm) is surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower, with access to its private sea mooring and entrance to the sea.
The open-plan ground floor of Orvas Villa 273 has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. In addition, there is also one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on this floor with direct access to the pool terrace as well as a guest toilet.
The first floor consists of a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and sea views. Three more bedrooms, all with king-size beds and en-suite walk-in shower bathrooms are placed on the second floor. The sixth bedroom is located on a lower ground floor, closer to the sea.
