Baška on the island of Krk is one of the most popular tourist destinations with rich history and culture, known for its beautiful beaches, of which Vela Plaza is the largest, with numerous cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. It is suitable to accommodate 8 people total. Spreading on a plot of 770sqm with a completely fenced yard, where the focal point is a large heated infinity pool (40sqm) with a counter-current swimming function, sun loungers, wooden swings, and a round outdoor fire pit, and terrace with an outdoor seating area. The residential area of this villa covers 280sqm divided into two floors, interconnected by stairs and a basement, made for entertainment and relaxation with a sauna, gym, a walk-in shower next to the sauna, a jacuzzi, PlayStation, darts, and billiards table. From the terrace, you enter the ground floor of Orvas Villa 279 where there is a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a dining area with a wooden dining table, and a comfortable living room with a large LCD TV.
Climbing the wooden stairs, you come to the villa's first floor, where there are four double-bedded rooms and an en-suite walk-in shower bathroom. Two rooms have access to the terrace with a seating area and mountain views.
