Surrounded by stone walls, this beautiful villa is located in the center of Cavtat’s Old Town offers complete privacy for its guests in the relaxing outdoor area of the small Mediterranean garden. Orvas Villa 47 is suitable to accommodate 8 persons in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over three floors of history and luxury completed with modern amenities.
On the ground floor of the villa, which is the space for daily socializing and relaxation, there is a spacious living room furnished with modern furniture and equipped with all the technology needed for modern times. The same area offers you a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a table and chairs for 8 people as well laundry and toilet for guests. The Orvas Villa 47 first floor is designed for resting where you can find a small sauna and four double-bedded rooms, one with two connected beds that can be separated, with en-suite bathrooms.
From the kitchen and the dining room, you can step onto a large garden with outdoor sitting furniture where you will certainly spend memorable evenings, enjoying the delicacies prepared on the nearby grill. If you like to refresh yourself – there is a nice Jacuzzi.
