Spanning three floors over 380 m² and set on a property of 1,800 m², Orvas Villa 9 accommodates up to 13 guests in 5 elegantly appointed bedrooms with custom-made beds, high-quality designer linens, and en-suite bathrooms. Cascading terraces are providing ideal spots for relaxation and enjoying breathtaking sea views.
Surrounded by pine trees, the garden is offering several idyllic corners for rest and relaxation. Guests are unwinding on deck chairs by the sea, enjoying hanging swings, or ascending stone steps to the main terrace, which hosts the private heated infinity pool (6 m x 5 m), an open-air dining area with a designer table, and an outdoor living space with stylish seating. A traditional bread oven is available for savoring authentic Dalmatian dishes.
Inside, the ground floor is featuring a spacious, modern living room, two fully equipped kitchens with Miele appliances, and a guest toilet. The living room is leading to the spa area with a gym, infrared sauna, and bathroom. A private wine cellar is offering a rich selection of wines at retail prices, and a laundry room is also available.
The first floor is housing three luxurious sea-facing bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to terraces with seating areas. An entertainment room is equipped with satellite TVs, table football, and comfortable sofas for leisure.
On the second floor, two expansive bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are opening onto a terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for starting the day with a cup of coffee. This floor is also providing direct access to private parking located at the back of the villa.
