Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, the villa features a private heated pool, sauna, gym, and a children’s playground, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for all ages.
The outdoor area is a beautifully landscaped oasis adorned with Mediterranean plants and white stone details. The centerpiece is a 40 m² heated pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor heated shower, and a seating area perfect for soaking in the warm Dalmatian sun. Unique underfloor heating around the pool deck adds comfort during cooler evenings. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining at a table for 8, paired with meals prepared on the traditional stone grill, complete with an outdoor sink for convenience.
