Orvas Villa 97 is a modern luxury retreat in Marina, near the UNESCO-protected town of Trogir. Located just 150 meters from a pebble beach and 300 meters from the village center, this villa provides a serene setting for an unforgettable Adriatic holiday.
With 380 m² of living space on an 800 m² property, Orvas Villa 97 accommodates up to 8 guests across three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor. Featuring a heated indoor pool, sauna, gym, and entertainment room, the villa offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
The outdoor terrace is a beautifully designed space with sun loungers, a seating area, and spectacular views of the Adriatic. Guests can enjoy al fresco meals at the dining table for 8, complemented by dishes prepared on the stone grill. A children’s play area with a trampoline, playhouse, and electric car makes it ideal for families.
The ground floor includes a sunlit living area with a large sofa, LCD TV, and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, with an island and modern appliances, is perfect for preparing meals, while the dining table seats 10. A highlight of this floor is the heated indoor pool (25 m²), surrounded by deck chairs and lit with starry ceiling lights. This space also includes a large TV, a shower, and a guest toilet.
The first floor features four stylish bedrooms. Three have king-size beds, and one offers twin beds that can convert to a double. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower or bathtub, air conditioning, an LCD TV, and a private balcony. Three balconies offer stunning sea views, creating a serene retreat.
In the basement, guests can unwind in the sauna or exercise in the fully equipped gym. This level also features an entertainment room with billiards, table football, darts, PlayStation, and pinball, as well as showers near the sauna and gym.
A separate tavern with its own entrance is available for family gatherings or events, adding a touch of traditional charm. For larger groups, Orvas Villa 97, along with 2 neighboring villas, provides an excellent option for weddings, team-building events, or reunions.
