Are you feeling tired from the busy lifestyle and work? Are you looking for a secluded villa where you and your pet can relax and charge your batteries? Search no more; our hidden gem, pet-friendly villa Dubrava, has everything you need for a stress-free vacation. This newly built yet traditional property is situated on the island of Brač, between the places Postira and Pučišća and can accommodate up to 5 persons in total. A beautiful olive grove surrounds the villa, and the view of the untouched nature of the island of Brač is extraordinary. This charming villa is the best choice for a dream and peaceful holiday with your children and family, with everything you might need to enjoy and relax. The outdoor area features a gorgeous traditional stone table under the tree, which provides natural shade on warm summer days. The outside area also features stone barbeque, so you can dine under the open sky or just sunbathe on the loungers next to the heated pool. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped and tastefully furnished with cosy and inviting colours and a rustic fireplace (not for use because of security reasons). The open-plan ground floor has a TV and 1 air conditioning unit. The dining room has plenty of space for the whole family to eat together. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom.   On the first floor, there are two comfortable climatized bedrooms. The advantage of these bedrooms is that you can separate or put the beds together, whatever suits you better. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people, and 3 people can fit nicely in the other. If necessary, 2 more persons can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Outdoor stairs connect the ground floor and the first floor. Villa Dubrava has parking spaces available for 6 cars. Local restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes are less than 5 km from the villa in Pučišća. Our friendly hosts are always available for everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Besonders gut hat uns die herzliche und aufmerksame Betreuung vor Ort, von Melanie, gefallen. Sie war jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar, gab uns tolle Tips, organisierte Fahrradverleih, gab uns "Geheimtips" für besonders gute Speiselokale. Unsere Erwartungen bezüglich der absoluten Stille( Anfang Mai) auf dem Olivenberg mit traumhaftem Blick über die weite Landschaft, wurden mehr als erfüllt. Trotzdem ist das schönste Städtchen der Insel Pucisca nicht weit entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit gängigen Haushaltsgeräten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und super sauber. Der Hausmeister kümmert sich jeden 2. Tag in aller Frühe mucksmäuschenstill um den Müll und die Sauberkeit rund ums Haus.

The villa is beautiful and very quietly located on a mountain in the middle of olive groves. You can let your mind wander around here. The villa is great and has everything you need. The nearest place to Pučisča is only 8 minutes by car, a really nice place! Another dear thank you to our host Melanie for the warm hospitality. This property is now one of our favorite places... we will be back! There was nothing we did not like.

We stayed at Villa Dubrava on Brac, near the lovely town of Pusisca. The villa was gorgeous - clean, well-equipped, private and with a clean, cooling pool. The Orvas team we dealt with (Mirela and Melanie) were both helpful and responsive. Pusisca is a lovely town within a small bay and easily accessible by car from the villa. Brac Island as a whole is lovely too.

Villa Dubrava was a tranquil home-from-home in a beautiful, secluded spot on Brac. Clean, well-equipped with a pristine pool. Only a few minutes by car from the delightful town of Pucisca on the coast. A perfect base for exploring Brac …. Or just chilling!

Uns wurde in dieser Unterkunft eine der besten Erholungen geschenkt. Wirklich hervorzuheben ist die besondere abgeschiedene Lage in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Und dennoch zentral, um alles nötige gut zu erreichen. Das Anwesen selbst ist sehr groß und weitläufig und perfekt für die idyllische Erholung vom Alltag. Auf zwei Ebenen verteilt befinden sich im Erdgeschoss Wohn-/Esszimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Badezimmer und im zweiten Geschoss 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Beide Ebenen sind über eine Außentreppe miteinander verbunden. Sollten Fragen offen sein, werden diese schnell und freundlich von mindestens zwei Ansprechpartnern beantwortet. Die Terrasse liegt direkt vor dem Haus zusammen mit dem wirklichen schönen Pool Bereich. Je nach Bedarf ist für ein sonnigen oder schattigen Platz genügend Auswahl. Der Holzkohle Kamingrill lädt zum abendlichen BBQ ein – so zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt. Alles in Allem: Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter, Melanie und den Haustechniker (leider haben wir seinen Namen vergessen)!! Wir hatten eine wirklich erholsame Auszeit, welche auf jeden Fall Wiederholung findet. Liebe Grüße Familie Crum

It was one of the nicest vacation we had here. Really noteworthy is the special secluded location in a wonderful environment. And though central to reach everything you need. About the object: The property itself is very large and expansive and perfect for idyllic respite from everyday life. Spread over two levels, there is a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Both levels are connected by an external staircase. If you have any requests, they will be answered quickly and in a friendly manner by at least two contact persons – Melani and the facility manager Mirela. The terrace is right in front of the house along with the really nice pool area. Depending on your needs, there is enough selection for a sunny or shady place. The charcoal fireplace grill invites you to an evening BBQ. To the location and shopping: In the nearest village Pucisca there are plenty of opportunities to do a quick shopping (groceries) – small village shops, as they can be found in almost every village on the island. However, the prices in these shops are extremely high. The big shopping, we recommend, you should do in Supetar (about 30min drive). Here we recommend Konzum or Lidl. The Lidl cannot be compared with the German side Lidl, precisely because of the wide variety of local fruit, vegetables and meat products – nothing less than delicious!! All in all: A very big thank you to the landlord, Melanie and the handyman (unfortunately we forgot his name)!! We had a really relaxing break, which will definitely be repeated.

Rooms: Betten sehr bequem. Klimaanlage hat in jedem Zimmer störungsfrei funktioniert. Das ganze Haus ist wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern dargestellt. Nearby activities: Alles ist möglich Noteworthy details: Super Betreuung vor Ort. Melani ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Wir hatten ein klitzekleines Problem-der Strom war wegen Wartungsarbeiten für kurze Zeit unterbrochen-Melani war nach maximal 5 Minuten mit der Information wieder bei uns. Sie hat uns perfekt umsorgt!!

Wir wurden in Pučišča herzlich von Frau Melani Radic empfangen und zum Ferienhaus geführt. Eine tolle Lage, die top ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft, der Pool und die herrliche Aussicht haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub, mit drei Kindern und Hund ermöglicht. Der Außengrill sowie generell die schöne Außenanlage mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten hat uns allen auch sehr gut gefallen! Außerdem bekamen wir über Frau Radic frischen Fisch und Gemüse direkt ans Ferienhaus geliefert.
