Villa Martinis is a spacious and stylish retreat located in the heart of Rogoznica, one of the Adriatic's most charming seaside destinations. Positioned between Šibenik and Split, this picturesque coastal town is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, beautiful marina, authentic Dalmatian cuisine, and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Favoured by sailors thanks to one of the safest natural harbours on the Adriatic, Rogoznica also serves as an excellent base for exploring the Dalmatian coast, with historic cities, national parks, and nearby islands all within easy reach.
Although the villa is divided into four self-contained apartments, it is rented exclusively as one private property, making it an ideal choice for large families, groups of friends, or special celebrations. Comfortably accommodating up to 15 guests, Villa Martinis offers generous living spaces while still allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy.
The interiors combine contemporary comfort with tasteful design, featuring modern furnishings, carefully selected artwork, and elegant decorative details throughout. The main apartment offers a spacious living room with comfortable seating and direct access to the terrace, creating a welcoming space for relaxing together after a day by the sea. A fully equipped modern kitchen provides everything needed for preparing family meals, while the adjoining covered outdoor dining area allows guests to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the fresh Mediterranean air.
The villa offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit larger groups. Four comfortable double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, additional sofa beds, and multiple bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space to unwind. Several bedrooms feature their own kitchenette or en-suite bathroom, providing additional privacy and flexibility for extended families or groups travelling together.
Outside, Villa Martinis truly comes into its own. The spacious terrace surrounds a private swimming pool where guests can relax on comfortable sun loungers while enjoying the warm Dalmatian sunshine. A traditional stone barbecue and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for long summer evenings spent preparing fresh local seafood and sharing meals with family and friends.
Just a short walk away, Rogoznica offers excellent restaurants, cafés, beaches, and a lively waterfront promenade. The surrounding area is perfect for swimming, diving, cycling, boat trips, and discovering natural attractions such as Dragon's Eye Lake, Krka National Park, and the Kornati Islands. Historic towns including Šibenik, Trogir, and Split are all easily accessible for memorable day trips.
