Villa Trsteno stands at the forefront of the Orašac village, merely 17 kilometers west of the enchanting Dubrovnik Old Town. A brief journey from the Arboretum Trsteno and an even shorter distance from the rejuvenating Dubrovnik Sun Gardens Resort, this villa is perfectly positioned.
Set on a 1,000-square-meter plot, the villa showcases a spacious residence, aromatic Mediterranean gardens, and a secluded terrace lounge with a barbecue and heated pool. Encompassing 300 square meters of interior space, the ground floor comprises an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, while the upper level houses four bedrooms, all crowned by a rooftop terrace. This private villa comfortably accommodates eight guests, with an additional two on pull-out sofas.
Upon entry, either through the main door or directly from the private garage with parking for two vehicles, you find yourself in an entrance foyer with an open ceiling. To the left and right, the front and back of the house unfold, with support rooms (storage, boiler, laundry, and toilet) discreetly placed at the back to allow the front to revel in inspiring views. Bathed in natural light, the common space centers around a fine wooden dining table for up to 10 guests. A modern kitchen with top-notch appliances sits to the left, while the spacious living area is on the right.
The seamless transition from the ground floor interior leads to a private terrace and pool area west of the house. The heated 9x5-meter pool, adorned with a unique black and white tiling design, offers an enchanting alternative to local beaches. Ideal for family gatherings, the terrace is sure to captivate and unite all generations in your party.
A central staircase in the entrance foyer ascends to the first floor, housing four double bedrooms. Each room boasts an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. With high ceilings and expansive space, these rooms exude grandeur, accommodating extra guests on pull-out sofas with ease. Front rooms offer upgraded sea views, while the side ones provide tranquil village scenery. Tailored for modern guests, each room is equipped with Wi-Fi and Sat TV.
