The newly built beachfront luxury Orvas Villa 273 located 3km from the center of Prizba spreads on a property of 1000sqm with 500sqm rental spaces. Consisting of three floors connected by internal stairs: the ground floor, first and second floor, and an annex which consists of a gym with a shower, this luxury villa is suitable for luxury accommodation for 12 persons.
