In a small and quiet place, Gorica near Sukošan, Zadar County, our new and modern, luxury Orvas Villa 286 found its place spreading on a fenced property of 1154 sqm, offering complete privacy and comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The town of Zadar, a well-known tourist place with its diversity from gastronomy to culture and history attractions, is less than half an hour's drive, while the sandy beach is only 7km away.
The villa has a 425 sqm living area, consisting of a basement, ground, and first floor, interconnected by internal stairs. Villa’s fenced garden with outdoor lighting greets you with a private, heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace with a seating area and an outdoor summer kitchen with all amenities you need for preparing delicious meals, and a fireplace. For families with children, there is a playground with swings and a slide.
From the terrace through the sliding walls, you enter the villa’s modern interiors ground floor where a comfortable living room with fireplace, dining area with dining table for ten persons, and modernly equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, found its place. On the same floor, there is one king-size bedded room with an en-suite shower bathroom. In a separate part of the ground floor, there is a room with a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, and a shower. An entertainment room with a pool table, table football, LCD TV, seating sofa, and minibar with bar stools is placed in the basement part of the villa.
The remaining four bedrooms cover the villa’s first floor, of which two rooms are with king-size beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with a sitting area. The other two rooms also have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with a shower, and access to the balcony.
