NOTICE ON SUBMITTING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
Based on Article 10 Paragraph 10 of the Act on Catering Activity (85/15), in connection with Article 10 Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne novine, Nos. 79/07, 125/07, 79/09, 89/09, 133/09, 78/12, 56/13, 41/14, 110/15) we inform the consumers that complaints to the quality of our products or services may be submitted in writing by e-mail address info@villasholidayscroatia.com
The response to the written complaint of the consumer will be given in writing within 15 days of receipt of the complaint.
