Spanning 306 m² of living space on a 342 m² plot, Orvas Villa 105 accommodates up to 6 guests across three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor. The villa is thoughtfully designed with luxurious amenities, including a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, wine cellar, and exercise equipment, ensuring a memorable stay.
The courtyard is a serene oasis surrounded by tall pine trees that provide natural shade, perfect for relaxing to the sound of chirping birds and the gentle sea breeze. The 24 m² heated pool, surrounded by comfortable loungers, hammocks, and parasols, invites guests to soak up the Mediterranean sun. An outdoor shower is conveniently located by the pool for quick refreshment. Adjacent to the pool is a covered dining area with a table and chairs, as well as an outdoor kitchen equipped with a sink and wood-burning fireplace, ideal for preparing and enjoying local delicacies.
The ground floor features a spacious, elegantly furnished living room with modern sofas, an armchair, and a wood-burning indoor fireplace for cozy evenings. The living area seamlessly connects to the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm and inviting space. Large sliding glass doors open to the courtyard, allowing natural light to fill the interior. A guest toilet is also located on this level.
