Five bedroom villa, sea view
Just a few footsteps from the sea of Porto Longo (Duga Luka) bay, you will find Orvas Villa 108, one of the most beautiful and most luxurious properties fully-oriented towards the sea. The whole complex spreads over 2500m² and 513m² of living space consists of the upper floor, middle floor, and ground floor. Luxury Orvas Villa 108 has 5 bedrooms with 5 en suite bathrooms, and is suitable for the comfortable accommodation of 10 people.
Near the main entrance to the villa, there is a separate exercise area equipped with a modern treadmill, stationary bicycle, orbitrek, set of weights and mats, and benches. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern entertainment devices there is a pool table, dartboard, and sanitary facilities.
Entering the upper floor of luxury Orvas Villa 108, the corridor area will lead you to a spacious living room equipped with a very contemporary sofa, Smart TV, and Hi-Fi system, providing a perfect audio-visual experience. On this level, you will find a modern kitchen and dining room with a dining table for 10 persons, overlooking the sea through the glass wall.
Two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms and a sea view have found their place on the same floor, as well as a storage room and guest toilette.
The internal staircase leads you down to the middle floor where three bedrooms are situated. All rooms have their bathroom with shower, terrace and are air-conditioned.
The ground floor can be reached by the internal stairs where you will enter equipped wellness area, with a Finnish/bio and infrared sauna. There is direct access to the sunbathing area, and a 12.5-meter-long swimming pool optimized for counter-current swimming. There is also an outdoor whirlpool, spacious enough for 5 people.
A fully-equipped summer kitchen, a covered gas grill, and a table for 10 people, with a direct view of the sea, are settled on the upper outdoor area. For a unique experience, while staying at the Orvas Villa 108, there is a wood-covered pontoon for sunbathing and entering the sea.
