Orvas Villa 26 is a modern, renovated to high standards, luxury villa, beautifully designed for relaxing, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Set on the estate of 700 square meters, this beachfront villa with a sea and pebble beach only 25m away, offers its guests an outdoor and indoor heated swimming pool and stunning sea views. Villas residential area covers up to 300m2 divided into four levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people in 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, living room, kitchen, and dining room.
The garden with Mediterranean charms provides a spacious terrace and a green lawn with palm trees and plants, deck chairs by the beautiful outdoor 35m2 swimming pool with a shower, garden furniture, and an outdoor fireplace, a perfect scenario for pure relaxation overlooking the sea view and the old town of Trogir in the distance.
The villa's spa area is placed in the basement where you can indulge yourself in the indoor heated 50m2 swimming pool, a sauna, bathroom with shower, gym, and entertainment room with billiard table. The indoor swimming pool is equipped with a counter-current system for swimming and is also heated, which is ideal for winter days.
Entering the ground floor of the Orvas Villa 26 there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, comfortable living room with access to the outdoor terrace through the large glass walls.
