This luxury Croatian Villa offers relaxation in the beautiful ambiance on a plot of land with a size of 910sqm and a living space of 400sqm divided on two floors interconnected by internal stairs.
The outdoor area of Luxury Orvas Villa 282 and the private heated pool (50 sqm) with saltwater as a focal point, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and greenery, offers you a complete sense of peace and privacy. A children's trampoline is placed on the lawn for a family with children. The outdoor summer kitchen is under the roofed part of the terrace with a dining table and chairs.
The ground floor of this stunning Villa consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island, dining area with a dining table, and a spacious living area with impressive high ceilings, sofa, and armchairs. One of the four bedrooms found its place on this floor. This modernly decorated room with a king-size bed, a desk with a chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower is wheelchair-friendly. Internal stairs bring you to the first floor, where three bedrooms with king-size beds, high ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom are set up. Two bathrooms have a walk-in shower, and one has a bathtub.
