The main floor of the villa is the central area of the villa, which consists of a spacious living area, with an indoor fireplace and modern sofas. From this airy space, a hallway leads you to a fully equipped kitchen and basement where is a wine cellar with a nice selection of wines. On the same floor, there is also a simple bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate toilet with a shower.
Two double bedrooms with modern en-suite bathrooms (shower and bathtub) welcome you to the first floor which is connected to the ground level with an internal staircase of this magnificent villa. Master bedroom (king size) with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony is placed on the top floor of Orvas Villa 46.
