Seaside villa with pool in Split
This first-row seaside Villa 49 is located in the most exclusive part of Split, along the coast and at the foot of Marjan hill. Although situated close to the city center, Villa offers a peaceful retreat from everyday life, and less than 10 minutes’ walk away from the famous Diocletian’s palace and famous Riva, a place of gathering where the blend of past and present are met, and stories are told. Despite being located practically in the city center, it offers total privacy for guests. And that fact is why this Villa is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holiday in luxurious private surroundings, as well as for those who want to lavishly entertain their friends in spacious and elegant interior and outdoor areas.
The outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi is surrounded by spacious terraces and a shaded garden with huge palms and lots of Mediterranean plants providing an authentic Mediterranean outdoor living experience, which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view, barbeques, cocktails, gala dinners, or informal lunches. Orvas Villa 49 spreads on a property of 1000 m², and the villa itself covers an area of 500 m². Villa consists of the main building, which stretches over 3 floors. Villa has 5 bedrooms with 10 beds, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and it can accommodate up to 10 persons.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, an area for dining, and a spacious living room. One king-size bedded room, an en-suite bathroom with shower is also in this part of the villa and can function as a separate apartment connected with inside stairs with the first floor. The first floor features the main, large kitchen, vestibule with fireplace, toilet, dining-living room with access to the terrace, studio library room, a sauna, fitness room, and a toilet.
The second floor has 2 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, TV, and terrace overlooking the sea. Also, there are 2 double bedrooms each with its own terrace, TV and with one common bathroom. One room has its own winter garden.
Orvas Villa 49 was built hundred years ago and has witnessed many important historical events. The villa is under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Croatia for its historical value and has been renovated in 2004.
