This first-row seaside Villa 49 is located in the most exclusive part of Split, along the coast and at the foot of Marjan hill. Although situated close to the city center, Villa offers a peaceful retreat from everyday life, and less than 10 minutes’ walk away from the famous Diocletian’s palace and famous Riva, a place of gathering where the blend of past and present are met, and stories are told. The outdoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi is surrounded by spacious terraces and a shaded garden with huge palms and lots of Mediterranean plants providing an authentic Mediterranean outdoor living experience, which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular view, barbeques, cocktails, gala dinners, or informal lunches.
