This newly built villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and it consists of four modern bedrooms, four en suite bathrooms, kitchen, dining/sitting area, toilet, and gym with sauna. The exterior of the Luxury Villa Eva is a masterpiece of modern architecture that perfectly blends with a stunning Mediterranean landscape. The large infinity pool in front of the villa gives you an impression like it’s part of the sea. Next to the pool, there are sun loungers and garden furniture so you can fully enjoy the sun and sea view while you are sunbathing and drinking coffee. If you want to taste Mediterranean cuisine the only recipe is a grill and it´s at your disposal in the outdoor area with dining furniture.
The interior of the villa is a perfect combination of minimalistic design and luxurious living. The ground floor consists of four spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Warm colors in each bedroom provide a very relaxing atmosphere. For fitness lovers on the same floor, there is a gym with a sauna.
Modern design dining, living room, and separate kitchen are located on the first floor. Also, on the same floor, there is a toilet at your disposal.
