Private Croatian beachfront villa Noa is a stunning example of harmonious traditional architecture combined with modern technology. The exterior is adorned with stone details, lush greenery, and exotic plants, creating a serene and picturesque setting. This luxurious pet-friendly villa exudes charm and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. The villa spans 700 m², with the main building covering 300 m² across three floors: the ground floor, first floor, and second floor. Villa Noa features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 toilet, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The ground floor of Villa Noa features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace. Additionally, there is a reception room, a guest toilet, and a laundry room complete with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, you will find two elegant double bedrooms. One has a private bathroom with a shower, while the other boasts a private bathroom equipped with both a jacuzzi hot tub and a shower for added luxury. The second floor offers one single bedroom and two double bedrooms, all sharing a bathroom with a shower. One of the double bedrooms also includes a private terrace, perfect for enjoying peaceful moments with stunning views. The villa's grounds are adorned with terraces at various levels, furnished with comfortable seating and garden furniture. Lush greenery and Mediterranean plants enhance the villa's charm. The centerpiece is a private swimming pool (24 m²), perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.Villa Noa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating, SAT/TV, telephone, and internet. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, safe, hair dryer, baby cot, and high chair (available on request).
