A private footpath leads directly from the villa to the beach, allowing guests to reach the shoreline within minutes while enjoying a peaceful and secluded setting.
From the outside, Villa Skalinada reflects the timeless beauty of traditional Mediterranean architecture, while the interior has been thoughtfully designed with contemporary furnishings, bright open spaces, and modern amenities. The spacious living room provides a comfortable place to unwind, featuring a cosy corner sofa and a TV for relaxed evenings together. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining area create a welcoming space for preparing meals and gathering with family and friends, enhanced by large windows that fill the room with natural light.
The villa offers five comfortable bedrooms arranged over two floors. A double bedroom and a guest toilet are conveniently located on the ground floor, while the upper floor features four additional bedrooms, each offering beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea or the surrounding landscape. One of the double bedrooms opens onto a private furnished terrace, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet evening overlooking the coast.
Outside, the villa invites guests to embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle. The private swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, while the covered outdoor dining area provides an ideal setting for leisurely breakfasts, family lunches, or barbecues on warm summer evenings. Two private parking spaces are available for guests approximately 100 metres from the villa.
Baška Voda is one of the jewels of the Makarska Riviera, celebrated for its long pebble beaches, crystal-clear waters, charming waterfront promenade, and welcoming atmosphere. Nestled beneath the dramatic slopes of Biokovo Mountain, the village offers an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés, and traditional Dalmatian taverns serving freshly caught seafood and local specialities.
