Ova suvremena kuća je jednostavna i intimna. Sastoji se od kuhinje / blagovaonice / dnevnog boravka u prizemlju i dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice i prekrasne terase na gornjem katu. Jedna spavaća soba ima bračni krevet (160 x 200 cm), a druga bračni krevet (90 x 200 cm). Gostima je na raspolaganju odvojena kuhinja / blagovaonica (konoba) s unutarnjim kaminom. Objekt je opremljen s 4 klima jedinice. Prostor za sjedenje, obje spavaće sobe i konoba opremljeni su po jednom jedinicom. Nadalje, prostor za sjedenje i konoba opremljeni su SAT TV prijemnikom.

Kuća se nalazi na savršenom mjestu s prekrasnim pogledom na ovo lijepo selo i uvalu s kristalno čistom vodom. Možete uživati u pogledu s namještene terase udaljene nekoliko metara od mora. Da biste otišli na plažu, jednostavno se morate spustiti stepenicama i preći ulicu. Centar je udaljen 400 metara.

Kuća može udobno primiti do 5 osoba. Dvokrevetna soba i soba s dva odvojena kreveta za četiri osobe i jednostruki kauč (veličine 80 x 200 cm) za petog gosta u prostoru za sjedenje. Kako bi vaš boravak na otoku Braču bio što ugodniji, kuća je opremljena svom potrebnom opremom.

It was a beautiful holiday in a clean and very comfortable apartment. The two terraces were perfect for dining or just relaxing with fantastic sea views. A few meters away we found a clean pebble beach with a shower. The bikes we could use made the holiday perfect.

The appartment is in a lovely friendly village of Pucisca with views over the sea & clean and comfy. Friendly hosts ,comfy beds, very clean, lovely village.

Great location near the sea. The property was really clean, comfortable and well laid out. Good facilities, especially the air conditioning. Made our holiday extra special. It was perfect for us.

Just an all round fantastic apartment. Great location and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The front balcony is ideal for chilling out and watching the numerous vessels come and go from the towns marina, which surrounds the town, with plenty of bars and restaurants all round the town.

A fantastic location right on the beach. The landlords are absolutely uncomplicated, friendly and accommodating. This family vacation is top of our list. I hope it will work next year as well!

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts were exceptional and gave us valuable advice on the best restaurants in the area together with other recommendations of places to visit. All their recommendations were fantastic. The villa was immaculately clean, with two fantastic terraces - the front one has amazing view over the bay. The beach was a 1.5-minute walk away. We had a brilliant time there and would definitely recommend as a perfect spot in a stunning location.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Die Vermieterin hat das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Terrassen geschmackvoll bepflanzt. Gerne wieder !

Recommending this location and house to those who seek relaxing place immediately to beach, port and good possibilities for dining. The village has everything you need to spend a good holiday. The house is fully equipped and with very well working and silent air conditioning. The landlord very supportive and communicative
