Nice views from the rooms once you climb all 76 stairs. Comfortable bed and nice large shower. Nice to have coffee and tea in the room. Good soundproofing, so you don't hear the busy street below. Central location with easy access to train and ferry. Ivana was very welcoming and helpful!

The check-in was a bit clunky. Ana was great when we reached her. The video was semi useful, but moved too fast through the sequence. Better to have a series of still photos and bullet points on relevant info. Add that the electronic codes will not work until check in is available. Add that there’s no real luggage storage outside of check in.
