New modernly equipped luxury Orvas Villa 225 with a private heated swimming pool is located in the picturesque town of Cavtat, only a few steps from the turquoise clear sea and pebble beach. With more than 7 km of shallow coastline, clear sea, sandy beaches, and bays, Cavtat is one of the most visited tourist destinations in the Dubrovnik area.
Spreading over a plot of 375m2, Orvas Villa 225 has a living area of 322m2, consisting of three floors: basement, ground floor, and first floor, and is suitable for 8 people total.
The Orvas Villa 225 wine cellar is equipped with a large table and chairs as well as a TV, with a wide selection of wines, and the indoor fireplace is placed in the basement. Also, for guests, there is a spa room with a Finnish sauna, steam room, shower, and toilet to relax and remove toxins from the body. This floor is reachable from the ground floor with an indoor staircase.
The luxury Orvas Villa 225 ground floor contains a spacious living room with an indoor wood-burning fireplace and a fully equipped modern kitchen, which is connected to the dining area. The special feature of the living and dining area is the possibility of direct access to the yard thanks to the sliding walls. One toilet is part of this floor.
